Hi‘iaka

Hi‘iaka’s provisional designation in astronomy is S/2005 (2003 EL61) 1.

Hi‘iaka is the larger, outer moon of the dwarf planet Haumea. In Hawaiian mythology, Hi'iaka is a daughter of Haumea and Kane. Hiiaka is the patron goddess of the Big Island of Hawaii.
